“Unshakeable, Unstoppable, Unmovable Faith”

Time after time in the Scriptures, we see the Lord Jesus placing this Law before the people. His greatest desire is that we trust every promise He has made, and stand on it until He brings it to pass. Mark 11:24Mark 11:24

A Sunday school teacher took out of her bag a beautiful gold pocket watch. It was by far the most beautiful thing everyone had ever seen. She placed it in the palm of her hand and went around the class offering it to each one in turn. No one took her up on her offer. Why? Well they all thought that she was kidding as this was just too good a gift for anyone to accept. She spoke later that morning about simple faith. The lesson that morning – take God at His Word!

        In Mark 9:17-27Mark 9:17-27

a man brought his son who had a dumb spirit. Jesus said to him, “If you can believe (If you can trust Me.) all things are possible to him that believeth.” The man responded, “Lord I believe (I trust you) help me when the Devil comes and tells me I am not really believing.” When the Lord saw this man’s honest heart, He cast the devil out of his son. Was not this man in the same place that we are today? We know we do believe and trust our Lord, yet the doubts of Satan continue to be fired into our minds. We must speak God’s Word to the enemy! His greatest fear is God’s Word. When doubts are being fired into our minds they may affect your feelings, but don’t let them change your decision! God is not checking our emotions. He is watching our decisions, and He gives us full credit as Believers based on our decisions. He will turn our decisions for Him into Supernatural Faith.

Is the Spirit of Christ living in us, teaching us daily about God’s faithfulness, His perfect character, His unfailing Word promises, His powerful love for mankind? How can we keep from trusting One who has so revealed Himself to us? Does it make sense to have faith in God? Is it possible to release all our fears and failures into God’s hands? Each time those questions are asked, the answer is always, “Yes.” There are times in our lives when the road ahead seems uncertain; when the answers we desperately seek are elusive. As long as we depend on our own understanding and reasoning, our faith will waiver.

With faith in God, through His Son, we then can say, “I myself no longer live, but Christ lives in me. So I live my life in the earthly body by trusting the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me” Galatians 2:20Galatians 2:20

Praise the Lord Almighty! Praise Him Forever. Fill my heart with assurance, with confidence, and with the promise from Jesus that everything is possible for him who believes. Clear my mind, soul, and spirit of any lingering doubts, even those that I have hidden. Allow me to rest in the confidence and belief in my Savior.

“I waited patiently for the LORD’s help; then he listened to me and heard my cry. He set me safely on a rock and made me secure.” Psalm 40.1-2.
